FAQ

Common Questions

If your question isn't here, send us the details and we'll answer it along with your quote.

How much does snow removal cost?

Residential driveways typically run $30 to $100 per visit. Commercial lots run $100 to $400+ per visit, often as a season-long contract, either per storm or as a season contract. Final price depends on snow depth, driveway or lot size, and whether it's a one-time call or a season contract.

How fast can you get to my driveway after it snows?

Same-storm scheduling is standard. Most residential calls are cleared the same day it stops snowing, before you need to leave.

Do I need a season contract, or can I just call when it snows?

Either works. One-time calls are quoted flat with no contract required. A season contract is available if you'd rather have it handled automatically every storm without calling each time.

What's the difference between residential and commercial pricing?

Residential covers a driveway and sidewalk, priced per visit. Commercial covers a parking lot and drive lanes, priced either per storm or as a flat season-long contract, since a business or property manager needs guaranteed clearing before opening every time.

Do you apply salt or ice melt?

Yes, on request, for both residential and commercial jobs.

What areas do you serve?

Rockford and the surrounding Winnebago and Boone County towns, including Loves Park, Machesney Park, Roscoe, Rockton, Belvidere, Cherry Valley, Davis Junction, and Stillman Valley.

Do you work with property managers or HOAs on multiple properties?

Yes. Each property gets its own quote, and season contracts can cover multiple lots under one arrangement.
