Who runs this site
Snow Removal Rockford (snowremovalrockford.com) is published by N5 Studio in Rockford, Illinois. Questions about this policy or your information go to hello@n5studio.com.
What we collect
When you send the quote form: your name, phone number, property address, property type and anything you write in the details box. Email is collected when you provide it. We also record the page you sent it from, the site that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link, so we can tell which pages bring in requests.
Who it is shared with
Your request is passed to a local snow removal team that serves the Rockford area, so they can contact you and quote the job. It is also emailed to us and kept in our lead records, so no request gets lost. The companies that host this site and deliver its email handle the data only to run those services.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
Phone calls
Calls to (815) 420-4061 go through a call-routing service that connects you to the team that handles snow removal requests. We keep a log of each call: the number that called, the time and how long it lasted. Answered calls are not recorded. If nobody picks up and you leave a voicemail, the voicemail is recorded and transcribed so the message reaches the right person.
Analytics and cookies
We work with Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. For more about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. This site sets no other cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to follow up on your request and keep ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@n5studio.com and tell us the name and phone number you used. We will confirm when it is done. This site does not change how it works in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.
